Terms / Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the tour quote is required to confirm a tour booking.
  • Full & final payment is due 7 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
  • All quotes exclude bank charges incurred in money transfers – these charges are for your own account.
  • All vehicles are insured for passenger liability and are air conditioned.
  • Luggage and personal items are carried at your own risk.
  • Charles Ratcliffe Private Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.

Cancellation policy:

If a specific tour is cancelled due to weather, we will refund your money.  Should you cancel, the percentage of your deposit refundable to you is as follows:

14+ days: 50% of deposit refunded

7+ days: 25% of deposit refunded

< 7 days: no refund
